Scope and Contents
This collection includes papers relating to the Common Service Book and the committees that met to revise that text. Box 1, folders 1-6, and Box 2, folders 1-7, contain documents of the Joint Committee which was established by General Council, General Synod, and United Synod in the South.
Box 2, folder 8 includes minutes from the Common Service Book Committee that met in 1935, and Box 2, folders 9-13 contain miscellaneous papers relating to the Common Service Book.
