Processing Information

This subgroup was reprocessed and consolidated by Archives Assistant, Matthew Kayhart and a new cumulative finding aid was created in March 2019 by archivist Sheila Joy. The materials were previously rehoused and reprocessed by Harold Robinson and Katie McGowan in 2014-2015. Processing stopped at the end of 2015 due to staff changes. When Sheila Joy arrived in December 2015, she was unaware of the processing project. Priority was placed on the collection in Fall 2018 and reprocessing and description was completed March 2019.
Series 1-16 were originally rehoused and processed by Harold Robinson in 2014-2015. The series were originally comprised of boxes 1-17. Mr. Robinson created finding aids for each series. His containing listing was transferred to this new finding aid to retain his original processing.
Series 17-22 were originally rehoused and processed by Katie McGowan in 2014. The series were originally comprised of boxes 1-10.
The boxes (1-17 by Mr. Robinson and 1-10 by Ms. McGowan) were merged and consolidated when Sheila Joy created series 1-22 for the collection to create an ease of access for researchers. The arrangement of previous processors was maintained except in instances where items were consolidated
