C.P. Krauth was professor of Biblical and Oriental Literature, 1834-1850 (part-time); Professor of Biblical Philology and Ecclesiastical History, 1850-1867. Charles Frederick Schaeffer (1807-1879) was “German Theological Professor,” 1856-1864.
